Syracuse tennis releases 2025 schedule

Syracuse tennis released its 2025 schedule Thursday. SU’s slate includes 19 matches, 13 of which are Atlantic Coast Conference contests.
SU begins its season with four nonconference matches. The Orange start their season by hosting Cornell on Jan. 22. Then, SU welcomes James Madison (Jan. 25), Fordham (Jan. 26) and Drexel (Feb. 2) to Drumlins Country Club.
Syracuse then travels to Boston to face off against Boston University on Feb. 8 and Boston College on Feb. 9. After their trip to Massachusetts, the Orange will play against Columbia in their final nonconference contest on Feb. 16.
After its matchup against the Lions, SU hosts North Carolina on Feb. 21, Duke on Feb. 23 and Miami on Feb. 28 to finish its February matches. To start March, SU hosts Florida State on March 2. Syracuse will then go on the road to challenge newly-added ACC teams Stanford and California on March 7 and 8, respectively, before meeting Georgia Tech on March 21 and Clemson on March 23.
SU will return home to start April against Virginia Tech on April 4 and Virginia on April 6. Then, the Orange conclude their regular season on the road at Louisville on April 11 and Notre Dame on April 13.
The ACC Tournament will take place in Cary, North Carolina, from April 17 to April 21. Last season, the Orange finished 10-11 (4-9 ACC) and were eliminated in their first game in the ACC Tournament to Notre Dame.
However, both Miyuka Kimoto and Viktoriya Kanapatskaya competed at the NCAA Championships in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Kimoto and Kanapatskaya lost in the round of 32 of the NCAA Doubles Championship, while Kimoto also fell in the round of 32 of the NCAA Singles Championship.
